Blair Jenkins Talks to Allmediascotland

It's over a year since the Scottish Broadcasting Commission recommended the setting up of a digital TV channel – with a big online presence too – dedicated to 'high quality Scottish content'. Set up by First Minister, Alex Salmond, the Commission was chaired by former head of news and current affairs at BBC Scotland, plus a former director of broadcasting at STV, Blair Jenkins.
