Logistics and transport services company Currie European has appointed Shepherd Chartered Surveyors to let modern office accommodation with parking at its headquarters in Dumfries.
The surplus office space at Currie European’s premises at Heathhall, an accessible location adjacent to the A701 trunk road three miles north of Dumfries, offers a range of flexible options to suit large space requirements.
Comprising a two storey purpose built office building constructed in the early 1990’s, the building provides good quality office accommodation which is largely open plan on the ground floor, whilst space has been sub-divided into individual offices and meeting rooms at first floor level.
Up to 3,740 sq ft of office space is available on the ground floor with a further 3,715 sq ft available at first floor level.

“It is our client’s preference to offer the first floor for let in whole or part, although it is possible that some ground floor accommodation could also be made available if this were critical to an ingoing tenant’s requirement.”
