Exclusive Cheryl Cole Interview on In:Demand on Bauer Radio Network

The Bauer Radio Network will be exclusively broadcasting the first interview with Cheryl Cole in the UK since her split from husband Ashley last month.

The special ‘In:Demand’ session will be aired across all Big City Network stations in Scotland including Clyde 1, Forth One, Northsound, Tay FM, Borders, West Sound and MFR and will include Cheryl talking the listeners through some of her favourite songs. “Cheryl In: Demand” will be broadcast across the network from 7pm tonight (Thursday 18th March).

Cheryl was recently due to appear on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross and Radio 1, but pulled out due to ill health.

The pop superstar chatted about her favourite tunes during an exclusive interview with DJ Romeo.

Cheryl Cole has revealed she loves listening to Take That and reckons she can be partly credited with the success of JLS:

She said:

”You have to hand it to Take That. They’re such amazing entertainers with fantastic songs and great characters. When they first arrived on the scene, there was such hysteria, and they are doing so brilliantly the second time around.

“I am so happy for JLS. When they were on the X Factor I said there was a niche in the market waiting for them to grab…and boy did they grab it. I like to think I was behind them keeping their support going and I’m so proud whenever I see them perform.”

Romeo also asked her about whether she would go into acting following her already successful music career:

“I don’t really see myself as an actress; I love music too much. I wouldn’t mind a cameo though, if I could just play myself. Although if Sex & The City said they wanted me to be in their movie, I’m there! My PA reckons I’m half Carrie half Charlotte; not sure if that’s a good thing or not!”
