Avance Gains Competitive Advantage with Innovative New Reward Programme

High-growth business process outsourcer Avance Group, based in Glasgow and Leeds, has devised an innovative new reward programme for Agents on its British Gas contract. Called the ‘Stepped Salary Scheme’ the programme is designed to reward high performing Agents and ultimately lead to higher performance.

After 6 months service, 80% of Agents’ average monthly bonus will be added to their basic salary. According to Group HR Manager, Jennifer Middleton, “this has a number of benefits, such as financial security if Agents wish to apply for a mortgage or personal loan/credit. Entry to the scheme will be reviewed every month, effectively giving top agents unlimited earning potential if they continue to improve their performance. The ‘converted’ income is guaranteed which is what banks prefer to see and will also act as a reward in further recognition of an agents’ loyal service to Avance.”
