Food Policy Needs to Start at Age Zero, Says Leading Expert

Tomorrow a Holyrood conference will be focusing on creating a national strategy for local, sustainable food. Richard Lochead MSP said “Scotland produces some of the finest food in the world but we need to tap into the full potential of this great resource for the benefit of everyone. We want to make sure we choose the right ingredients to make the most of Scotland’s food”. Lara Boyd, author of First Foods Fast, sees one clear way of ensuring this positive change to our national food policy; to teach our children from day one about good food.
