DC Publishing – the company behind Source magazine, the Teachers’ Re:SOURCE and Family Life magazine – can add another gold star to its list of achievements today as the new ABC figure for Source has been confirmed.
Source – Scotland’s leading careers and lifestyle magazine for students – has seen its ABC figure increase from 28,745 to 32,005 for the period of January to June 2010. That’s a boost of more than 10 per cent and doesn’t include the number of copies handed out at exhibitions and events.
With recent cover stars including The Saturdays, Scouting For Girls and Karen Gillan, as well as a host of informative, useful and fun articles on everything from careers and uni choices to inspiring profiles and gap year info, it’s no wonder that thousands of students across Scotland are picking up Source. And the magazine’s latest circulation figure from ABC (the Audit Bureau of Circulations) further proves this popularity.
Denise Connelly, Director of DC Publishing, explains: “I and my expert team have worked hard to ensure that Source is the must-read publication among young people across Scotland. Our fantastic increased ABC figure is testament to that work. We strive to make each issue enjoyable and useful for our readership, with a great mix of features that help make it unmissable. I’m thrilled with our continuing success.”
Source magazine is distributed via every secondary school, college and university in Scotland, as well as through branches of d2 clothing stores, giving the publication a presence on the high street. Combine these effective distribution methods with Source’s attractive design, compelling editorial and superior production values, and it’s easy to see why Source is the go-to magazine for young Scots who are considering their future options.
