Built to cope with today's typically varied computing environments, the seven-figure Solutions Centre provides resellers with the opportunity to design infrastructure solutions containing multiple technologies , enabling them to meet their customers’ technical and commercial requirements. The centre enables customers to benchmark real world performance in the safety of a simulated environment in readiness for solution deployment.

The Solution Centre's launch underlines SDG's determination to reinforce its leading position in the UK distribution channel. In July 2009 the group acquired IQ-Sys Limited – the distribution market leader with Citrix in the UK – to create a combined entity accounting for over 60% of UK sales, less than a year after the £2million 2008 purchase of ISI, Britain’s largest distributor of IBM and Lenovo products.
