As Scotland braces itself for a White Christmas, Scottish bookmakers, McBookie.com, is offering just 3/1 that the weather causes the cancellation of the Edinburgh Hogmanay festivities. The firm is also offering 9/1 that the lowest temperature in Scotland (-27.2C) will be beaten by the end of the year.
