Acting on behalf of Lear Investments, a Workshop Unit at Imex Business Centre has been let to Showcase Glass. There is now only one Workshop Unit extending to 1,000 sq.ft and two office units, each of 500 sq.ft available.
The sub-letting of a Retail Unit at 13 Barnton Street to a small Newsagency Business has recently completed.
A small Class 2 Unit at 41 Cowane Street, Stirling has been sold to a private individual for use as a Hairdressing Salon.
Acting of behalf of Administrators, Graham + Sibbald have concluded the letting of a 2,000 sq.ft Office Suite at Pavilion 1, Castlecraig Business Park, Stirling to the Freight Transport Association.
