LEADING property firm Deveron Homes has teamed up with a Kintore gallery to serve up a treat to art lovers.
The Huntly-based company has joined forces with Kintore’s Airt Gallery for an exhibition entitled: ‘Landscapes for Life’ – the next phase of the Art in the Showhome project which showcases the work of local artists at the Cairn View development of eco homes in Kemnay.
The exhibition opened on Friday, June 15th and will run throughout the summer. Admission is free and all works on show are available to buy.
Deveron Homes’ sales director Lynne Holburn said: “The subject of art and design plays a significant role in our vision for Cairn View, not least because the best creative minds were engaged in the design of this stunning development.
“Cairn View also comes complete with a private garden which is soon to serve as the backdrop for a dramatic public art installation so it seems perfectly natural to offer the wall space within the showhome as an exhibition space for local artists.”
Jeannie Robinson of the Airt Gallery added: “We are delighted to link with Deveron Homes for this special exhibition which will focus on Scottish contemporary art, including works by artists Marion Macphee and Alan Campbell and sculptures by James Newton Adams.
“By showing art and sculpture outwith the confines of a conventional gallery setting, we hope buyers at Cairn View will be inspired to include original art in their new their home.”
Prices at Cairn View start from £199,950 with luxury upgrades and king-size rooms as standard. Buyers may also benefit from a range of purchase options including Mortgage Assured Plan, Legal Assistance and full Property Resale Service.
