Aberdeen based recruitment agency Cammach Recruitment has today announced a massive leap in turnover from £4.6 million in 2011 to 6.75 million in 2012, representing a 46 per cent increase.
The announcement by the four year old firm comes after the addition of a further three members of staff to their ever expanding team at their worldwide headquarters in Tullos. The staff count has more than doubled in two years with the current number of full-time employees standing at eight.
The company is owned and managed by recruitment expert Susan Duguid who has over 20 years experience in the industry.
Commenting on the company’s achievements, Susan Duguid said: “We are delighted to report this excellent growth and I personally feel it is testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone in the Cammach Recruitment team. Year on year, we are rewarded with repeat business from many of our key oil and gas clients. During tough economic times when the job market has seen some serious downturns, this is all the more remarkable and truly shows that we have the right people in the right jobs to serve our clients.
“We have continued to break our growth record year on year since 2009. Indications are already showing that our figures will continue the upward trend into 2013 and our future is filled with even more ambition for success for the next few years ahead.”
