ALEA Glasgow, Scotland’s biggest gaming venue, will be serving up a yummy range of chocolate-themed cocktails this Easter weekend.
Amongst the special cocktail range created by mixologists at the popular venue on the Clyde at Springfield Quay are the Chocolate Bonnet and the Easter Sweetie Box.
Paul Rety, managing director at Alea Glasgow, said: “Easter is always a fun time at Alea, so we thought we’d make it extra special for our customers this year with these delicious Easter cocktails – they’re sure to go down a treat!”
The new Chocolate Bonnet is made up of: Mozart dark chocolate; Liqor 43; Cointreau or Creme de Menthe; white chocolate syrup; cream, milk and topped with chocolate powder.
The Easter Sweetie Box, meanwhile, comprises: raspberry stoli; Disaronno Amaretto; Blue Curacao; fresh lemon and cranberry juice.
