Soutar Makes it into Media Top 100

The Dundee-born co-founder of ShortList Media, publisher of the free weekly lifestyle magazines, Shortlist and Stylist, has made it into the list of the UK's top 100 'media players' – as identified by The Guardian newspaper.

The newspaper's annual Media 100, Mike Soutar's credits include editing popular music magazine, Smash Hits, and turning For Him magazine in the country's biggest-selling UK magazine, FHM.

He's a new entry at No.58, 12 places behind former Scotsman, Daily Record, Sunday Mail and Scottish Daily Mail editor, Martin Clarke, also a new entry, in his capacity as publisher of MailOnline.
