Almost the same photograph adorned the front pages of yesterday's Scotsman and Daily Record newspapers of Anna Chapman – one of 11 people alleged to be a Russian spy, living in USA.
Good looking, she is clearly a red head. But The Scotsman's picture of her makes her positively auburn in comparison to that used in the Record, where she is almost scarlet.
Perhaps a touch of digital enhancement, to underscore the headline: 'Redhead Under the Bed'?
And talking of pics, The Scotsman's education and learning section yesterday carried a piece quoting Scottish Government minister, Adam Ingram MSP. That'll be a different Adam Ingram to the Adam Ingram MP whose photo was used to accompany the story.
