A Scots charity that provices care for ex-Service men and women has awarded its ad space contract to an Edinburgh agency.
Erskine has awarded its media planning and buying account to MediaCom Edinburgh, following a competitive tender.
Says MediaCom Edinburgh: “Erskine is one of Scotland’s major charities, running the UK’s foremost care facility for ex-Service men and women. Each year they care for around 1,400 veterans of all ages in homes throughout Scotland providing long term, respite and dementia care in new purpose built homes in Bishopton (two homes) Erskine, Glasgow and Edinburgh.”
It quotes Sarah McNaught, marketing manager of Erskine, as saying: “It is crucial that media spend is optimised and invested wisely as this year Erskine needs to raise over £8million in voluntary donations to care for over 1,400 ex-Service men and women in our five care homes across Scotland. We are delighted to be working with MediaCom and, with their sector experience, are confident that they will enable us to generate great results.”
