Cookie, the eatery, deli and shop in Glasgow’s southside, is inviting customers to get saucy this Monday when it introduces an introduction to pasta making.
From 6.30pm on Monday 10 May, customers are invited to pop in for an informal chat on the art of pasta making, incorporating advice on batching both egg and non-egg based pasta for £10, including a plate of pasta and a glass of wine.
Cookie co-owner, Domenico Del Priore, said, “Many cooks have never prepared pasta without egg before so we’ll be showing you to do it without getting egg on your face – and we’ll be introducing a variety of saucy ideas to help spice things up in the kitchen!”
Cookie has been named Glasgow Newcomer of the Year 2010 for breaking the mould of local eating and drinking in this year’s List Eating and Drinking Guide.
Cookie is based at 72 Nithsdale Road, Pollokshields, Glasgow. For further information about Cookie log on to www.cookiescotland.com
