Nevis Design Consultants is leading a collaboration of communications specialists that are creating and implementing a new brand for the marina development at Nanny Cay in the British Virgin Islands. Our objective is to accelerate sales of $40m worth of real estate and simultaneously harmonise the Nanny Cay offer into a cohesive and potent brand position across the hotel, marina and visitor facilities.
Nanny Cay marina and hotel on Tortola, BVI is a thriving sailing community with berths for 180 yachts and a full range of services, from the chandlery and marine engineering yard to the largest marine lifts north of Trinidad.
Nevis, working with copywriter Will Atkinson will lead the creative strategy, working with agents Waterside Properties (UK) and Coldwell Banker (BVI), as well as Somerset-based media house, Mostly Media. The first elements of the new brand are being prepared for the London Boat Show on 11-19th January at ExCel, with subsequent materials to follow for potential shows in Dubai and Miami.
