There will be extravagant goings-on in Glasgow on Friday October 30 when leading Scottish digital agency Nation1.co.uk holds its annual Halloween bash. However, with Tony the Tiger, Snap Crackle and Pop and more dressed-up celebrities than you can wave a broomstick at, the theme this year is Advertising Legends.
With over 450 VIP’s from Scotland’s entrepreneurial, media and corporate world the event promises to raise the dead with enough free spirits to sink a ghost ship. Already confirmed to attend are stars from River City, including favourite characters such as Iona McIntyre as the Tefal egg-headed scientist and newbie Robbie Fraser as The Milky Bar Kid, Alexander Amosu, creator of most expensive suit in the world, ‘Queen of Cashmere’ Belinda Robertson OBE, and Chris Gorman OBE, chairman of entrepreneurial exchange, star of Make Me A Million and founder of DX communications.
The venue is SWG3, in Glasgow’s West End just off Kelvinhaugh St. where the cocktails will be flowing courtesy of Glasgow’s leading drinks servers, LA Bartenders. The main hall will be decorated with over 1,000 candles while the backdrop will be a stunning state of the art video wall supplied by event sponsors, Cameron Presentations.
Hosting the evening will be comedian and voice-over guru Lewis Macleod with entertainment coming from DJ Josh Barr and live band Dead Man Shoes.
Prizes will be on offer in 6 different dressage categories with prizes from Taylor Ferguson, Fake Bake, The Men’s Store, Edenfit gym, Blythswood Square Spa Hotel and the Radisson. There will also be trick or treat goodie bags distributed to guests courtesy of Rose Confectionery.
Nation1, the digital ad agency that delivers niche campaigns for high growth clients, is determined to make this annual landmark bash in the Scottish social and business calendar the very best yet.
