Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) is bringing a series of exciting training opportunities to the area as part of its tie up with renowned American business school, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management. The second of these programmes, “Designing, Leading & Building A World Class Management Team” is a two day training workshop on 15 and 16 February at the Drumossie Hotel, Inverness.
The inspirational MIT training courses are aimed at entrepreneurs, business managers and their top executives to better design their organisations, transform ambition levels and boost participants- confidence in their ability to make things happen within their business.
The practical workshop will be led by Ken Morse, Managing Director of the MIT Sloan School's Entrepreneurship Center and Laura Barker Morse, Managing Director of Entrepreneurship Ventures Inc.

Our relationship with MIT means that the Highlands and Islands have access to some of the best entrepreneurial training in the world. This is a fantastic opportunity on our doorstep and I would urge businesses to take advantage of this world class opportunity.”
