World of Golf Glasgow, Scotland’s premier golf centre, has appointed Mike Ritchie Media to handle its Press and Public Relations.
General Manager, Yvonne Park, said that the company was celebrating its 10th anniversary at its Great Western Road base and was in the final stages of completing an adventure golf development aimed at children and families with the potential to turn it into a major tourist attraction.
“We have been very successful promoting golf at this busy centre and we want to build on that with the new attraction that will be opening soon,” said Yvonne.
“We are extending our range of services, we have a business success story to tell so an effective PR and communications’ strategy will help us as part of the way forward.
“This is an exciting period for World of Golf Glasgow so Mike is advising us in all aspects of our media and PR activity as we forge ahead with our development.”
“It’s clear that Yvonne Park and her team at World of Golf Glasgow are involved in major investment and new ideas to further strengthen the business,” said Mike.
“I’m pleased to be working with the company as I believe the media and the public will be very interested in what the company is planning.”
World of Golf aims to provide the best driving ranges in the UK with first class facilities and excellent tuition.
