Holiday Inn Theatreland Glasgow’s Sales team, Sarah Reid and Yvonne Wilson, ambushed their award winning Executive Chef Gerry Sharkey recently with snowballs….despite the hot temperatures outside!
The girls have been visiting clients throughout the city, with hundreds of Tunnocks snowballs, and outlining that the West Nile Street hotel and its sister restaurant, La Bonne Auberge, are now taking booking for Christmas lunches and dinners.
Executive Chef Gerry Sharkey notes however;
‘It’s me who should be pelting Sarah and Yvonne with snowballs… all those two can think about is Christmas and I haven’t even been on my summer holiday yet!’
